Global Unity and its CITY GALA is a program of IAPF. Now in its 4th year, the City Gala takes place on the weekend of the Academy Awards and supports start-up charitable organizations founded by community leaders working to solve the Global Grand Challenges.
Global Unity programming includes services such as training in non-profit management and fundraising, and works to also provide seed/expansion capital to outstanding non-profits as donations from its own fundraising campaigns.
Global Unity’s marketing partner – City Summit – is a world-class, socially conscious business acceleration experience held throughout the year and around the country, helping entrepreneurs grow so that they are better positioned to give. The City Summit provides the Global Unity Program a robust platform for promotions and calls-to-action in support of our non-profit programming.
IAPF sponsors Always In The Club Foundation – a program committed to supporting youth through the arts and mentorship to help meet the Global Goal of Universal Quality Education (#Goal4). It was founded by actor/entrepreneur Dale Godboldo, inspired by his time as a Mouseketeer on the All New Mickey Mouse Club opposite Ryan Gosling, Justin Timberlake, Keri Russell, Britney Spears, and Christina Aguilera.
Its first initiative is Project:NOW – stressing the urgency of NOW in executing innovative programs that leverage public and private partnerships, scholarships, mentorship, arts training, and media to increase literacy, college acceptance rates, and entrepreneurial pursuits in the underserved communities we target.
Project:NOW was launched with support from Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush, and in partnership with US Dream Academy and Arthur Wylie Entrepreneurship & Leadership Fund.
Project:NOW was a beneficiary of 2018’s City Summit & Gala featuring honored guests and speakers Matthew McConaughey, Ashton Kutcher, Tai Lopez, and Jack Canfield (Chicken Soup for the Soul).
